Welcome to SFX (Six Figure Xperience). By purchasing from our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Products & Services

All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of raw/virgin hair, textures may slightly vary. Wig orders may require 1–2 business days to be constructed before shipping.

2. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and select Buy Now, Pay Later services (if applicable). Payment is required before orders are processed or shipped.

3. Shipping & Processing

We only offer 2–3 Day Express Shipping via major carriers.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Wig orders may take 1–2 business days to prepare before shipping.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you review your order details carefully before checking out.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, all sales are final.

6. Client Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
