Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect order?

Do your wigs come pre-plucked and bleached?

Yes! Our wigs are pre-plucked and have lightly bleached knots for a natural look. However, we recommend additional customization for the best install.
Do you offer wig installs?
Yes! If you’re local, you can book an appointment for wig installs, customization, or styling services. Check our booking page for availability.
