3. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! You can request custom wig coloring, styling, or specific lace types for an additional fee. Contact us via email or DM before placing your order.


Shipping & Delivery


4. How long does shipping take?

• Processing Time: 1 business day

• Shipping Time (USA): 2-3 business days

• Custom Wigs: 2-3 business days to be made, then shipped


Expedited shipping is available at checkout.


5. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.


6. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. If you experience issues, please contact the shipping carrier.

7. What type of hair do you sell?

We provide 100% human hair (virgin & raw) with no fiber or synthetic blends. Our collections include HD lace wigs, closures, frontals, and high-quality bundles.


8. How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our virgin hair lasts 2-5 years, and raw hair lasts 5+ years.


9. How do I care for my hair extensions or wig?

• Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner

• Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb

    • Use hot water to wash

• Avoid excessive heat & always use a heat protectant

• Store your wig on a mannequin or silk bag when not in use
